Sreehari Palliyath has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sreehari started their career as an Officer Sales & Logistics at Volvo India Pvt Ltd in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Sreehari then joined Saud Bahwan Group as a Senior Officer Marketing from 2007 to 2010. After that, they worked at Muscat International Shipping & logistics LLC as a Senior Executive in Sales & Operations from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are associated with OCTAL - an Alpek Polyester Business, where they have held the roles of Functional Head Inbound Logistics/Shipping from 2012 to 2023 and is currently serving as the Head of Inbound.

Sreehari Palliyath completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bangalore University between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as data visualization, team agility, data-driven decision-making, high-stakes communication, leadership, neuroscience in the workplace, managing skills, professional networking, sales analytics, adaptive leadership, communication skills, critical thinking, data analytics, leadership presence, and self-awareness. The certifications were obtained between September and November 2023.
