Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain and improve a Tableau reporting suite that flawlessly allows stakeholders to understand “what” is happening and “why” it is happening, using a value-drivers approach.
  • Gather competitor data to build a competitive database, which involves working with sales team members and some manual data entry.
  • Communicate insights and learnings from our data to executives and managers on a weekly/monthly cadence, with the focus on building transparency around company KPIs and growing understanding of the current state of the business.
  • Work with departments to understand what other data / insights would help them reach their goals, and complete projects around those data gaps.
  • Run ad-hoc data analysis as needed, and build understandable and actionable takeaways from those analyses.
  • Work with Data Analysts/ Engineers to understand optimal data sources and ensure the required data is available.

Requirements: 

  •  3+ years in data analytics, insights, and/or BI role.
  • High degree of technical competency, including the ability to program using a query  language interface such as SQL; expert Excel skills.
  • Expert report-writing skills and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain reports in Tableau, including the ability to create/publish new Tableau data sources from external databases, google sheets, salesforce, etc.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000.  Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.  In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
