Kimberly A. Graham is currently the Director of Knowledge Management at Octane5 International. Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in systems and quality assurance, having worked most notably for The Coca-Cola Company from 1997 to 2018.

During their time at Coca-Cola, Kimberly launched multiple Global Licensing Management Systems used by 5 global agencies, 280+ manufacturers, and 35+ internal associates to support a $1Billion retail business. Kimberly ensured that the business needs of the new system met the requirements across Licensing, Finance, Legal and Design functions through collaborative meetings, interviews, process mapping, and by creating detailed business requirements documents for overall system functionality.

Kimberly also led the design and launch of a complete contract management system, as well as, the design and launch of a vendor’s new licensing applications, contracts and amendments workflow modules. Kimberly trained 1500+ associates and third-party users on these systems which included the development of visual aids, instruction manuals, onsite trainings, online trainings and problem solving resulting in a savings of $25,000+. Kimberly was also the first responder on all system challenges; therefore, decreasing vendor involvement by 80% resulting in savings of over $25,000 in year one.

In addition to their work with launching and maintaining multiple systems, Kimberly also organized and facilitated system demonstrations of the licensing management systems to users, other business units and companies interested in adopting online processes. Kimberly provided input and recommended system enhancements to satisfy internal and external client business requirements.

Through their hard work and dedication, Kimberly has become an expert in systems and quality assurance, with a proven track record of success in launching and maintaining multiple complex systems.

Kimberly Graham received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from American InterContinental University. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor's of Information Technology in General Studies from the same school.

Their manager is Mike Dunn, Founder, Co-President, Chief Brand Officer. They are on a team with Neil Vandegrift - Director, Account Management, Denise Penn - VP, Client Success & Managing Director, EMEA, and Matt Dunn - Founder, Co-President, Chief Technology Officer.
