Leon Chan

Leon Chan has diverse experience in the field of pharmacology, drug development, and scientific research. At Octant, Leon serves as the Pharmacology group lead, overseeing recruitment, team performance, and program leadership in various disease areas. Previously, Leon worked at UC Berkeley as a post-doc, focusing on mRNA dynamics, and at MIT as a graduate student studying cell cycle checkpoints. Leon holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from MIT and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, Mathematics, and English from UC Berkeley.
