Marcelo Monserrate-Gordon

Marcelo Monserrate-Gordon, MS, currently serves as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., starting in January 2024. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Human Resources Manager at ScentAir from May 2022 to July 2023, where collaboration with key leadership focused on enhancing HR operations and employee practices to support company growth. As a consultant in the role of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at WOODLAKE OUTDOOR in late 2021, Marcelo provided strategic HR guidance. From August 2010 to April 2020, Marcelo was the Human Resources Director at Bergen Logistics, where leadership in HR strategies and executive collaboration was critical for organizational restructuring and talent acquisition.
