Alicja Sobańtka completed their education with a Vordiplom in Food Chemistry and Toxicology from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau in 2004. Alicja then pursued a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Chemical Engineering from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, which they completed in 2009. In 2009, they enrolled at Technische Universität Wien for their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Resource Management and Water Quality, which they successfully obtained in 2013.
