Dominik Kapferer

Dominik Kapferer has a strong background in IT operations and delivery, with their most recent role as Head of IT Operations & Delivery at Octapharma since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Head of IT Service Desk at Octapharma from April 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Octapharma, they held the position of Senior IT System Administrator at the same company from June 2015 to April 2019. Prior to their IT career, they worked as a Mechatronics Technician at Media Print from August 2003 to April 2013.

Dominik Kapferer completed a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the same institution from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they attended HTL Donaustadt from 2010 to 2016 and obtained a degree in Ingenieur with a focus on Elektronik and technische Informatik. Dominik also holds several certifications in areas such as ITIL® 4, Business Rhetorik, and Lehrlings-Ausbilderkurs.
