Nicolas Brunet

Nicolas Brunet has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Nicolas started their career at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, where they served as a Validation Supervisor for Global Technical Services. There, they were responsible for setting up global templates for the qualification of QC laboratory equipment and approving qualification protocols.

Nicolas then moved on to Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they worked as a Market Segment Manager for BioPharm in Western Europe. In this role, they focused on driving marketing development plans for the pharma/biotech segment and setting up the annual strategic plan. Nicolas also played a key role in product roadmap development and execution.

Most recently, Nicolas worked at Octapharma as the Head of Corporate Qualification and Compliance. Nicolas was responsible for ensuring and monitoring compliance and efficiency of quality control data streams generated from both internal and external QC labs. Nicolas also managed a team of corporate QC specialists and developed the strategic vision for the QC Data Integrity program.

Prior to their current role, they also served as a Senior Corporate Project Manager at Octapharma, leading various strategic projects in quality control. Nicolas also held the position of Head of QC laboratory - Incoming Goods at the Octapharma Lingolsheim plant in France, where they managed the development and maintenance of quality standards and documents, as well as performed audits of suppliers.

Nicolas Brunet earned a Maitrise in Chimie from the University of Strasbourg in 2004-2005. Nicolas then pursued a Master of Science in Production and Control of Pharmaceutical Products at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 2005-2006.
