Wolfgang Hofmann has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Wolfgang'smost recent role was as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Octapharma, where they were responsible for managing corporate learning initiatives, implementing succession and talent management, and driving digitalization in L&D. Prior to that, they served in various positions at Bühler Group, Alstom, HTW Chur, Stadtverwaltung Würzburg, VWA Aschaffenburg, Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, and the German Army. Overall, their work experience encompasses roles in learning and development, training, and academia.
Wolfgang Hofmann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they completed in 1990. In 2014, Wolfgang achieved certification as an HBDI Trainer from HBDI Europe.
