Leah R. Friend

Leah R. Friend is a skilled mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical care and case management. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Care Navigator at Octave since February 2023, Leah previously worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Belmont Behavioral Health System, focusing on treatment planning and coordination for adolescents and adults with mood disorders.
