Donald Ferguson

Donald Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the injection molding industry. Since January 2022, Donald has served as President of Palmetto Custom Molding, where Donald initiated and operates an injection molding service. In addition, Donald has been a Program Manager at The Octex Group of Companies since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Donald held various positions at American Tool and Mold, including Plant Manager, focusing on tooling, process improvements, and staff training from May 2019 to December 2021. Donald's earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at Safariland, overseeing custom molded production, and managing production operations for Amaray for over three decades, advancing through roles such as Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Manufacturing Manager, demonstrating strong leadership in production, quality control, and employee development across multiple facilities.
