Prashant Patil

Prashant Patil has worked in various engineering roles since 2004. Prashant started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. in 2004. In 2006, they moved to Mahindra & Mahindra FES Kandivali Mumbai as a Senior Design Engineer, where they designed and developed common rail engines for US EPA Tier-IV emission norms. In 2008, they joined General Motors Technical Centre India Pvt Ltd. in Bangalore as a Senior Design Engineer, where they worked on Tavera engine upgradation design support and component redesign. In 2012, they moved to IAV India Pvt Ltd. in Pune as a Senior Design Engineer. In 2018, they joined PSA Group as a Senior Project Manager, where they collaborated with Business Users, Technical Teams, Manufacturing Engineering, and Sourcing Teams. In 2020, they moved to Stellantis (PSA-Avtec Powertrain Pvt Ltd.) as an Asst. General Manager (Projects). In their current role, they are responsible for a project involving INR 400 crore+ investment of PSA France and is managing 100+ suppliers. Prashant is also responsible for a project budget worth 6.5 million Euros. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Octillion Power Systems as Vice President Engineering, where they are responsible for Lithium ion battery manufacturing.

Prashant Patil obtained a Master's Degree in Design from RIT Sakharale, Islampur between 2004 and 2006. In August 2020, they obtained a Program Management Expert (PgME) certification from Gururo.
