Marilyn MESSAFA is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR operations and strategic development. Currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Groupe Octime since November 2022, Marilyn previously held various HR leadership roles, including Responsable ressources humaines at GEFCO France SAS from January 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included social relations, disciplinary management, and project management. Marilyn co-founded Les talents de Maeli in 2013, providing career coaching, and has extensive experience from positions at NUMERICABLE COMPLETEL and SFR, focusing on training strategies and recruitment.
