Marco Romanoni

Marco Romanoni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at Octo Telematics since July 2017, Marco oversees the Data & Analytics unit, driving innovation strategies and leading teams in data science and engineering. Previous roles at Octo Telematics included Senior Manager for IoT Gateway & Edge Algorithms and Senior Manager for Edge Solutions, where Marco managed large teams, developed technology roadmaps, and introduced Agile methodologies. Marco's entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Tech Director of Dofware s.r.l. involved complex project execution and product development. Earlier career roles included sales engineering at Teoresi srl and research at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Marco holds a degree in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
