Maxime Defosse

Maxime DEFOSSE is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in operational management and fulfillment strategies. Currently serving as General Manager BU Fulfillment and Director of Operations at Octopia since October 2021, Maxime oversees global fulfillment operations, managing a large team and multiple warehouses across Europe while maintaining full P&L responsibility. Previous roles include Supply Chain Director at The Kooples, where Maxime led logistics operations for a major fashion brand and significantly reduced costs, as well as contributing to the brand's launch in North America. Maxime's career also includes project management positions focused on logistics efficiency and process improvement at companies such as Chantelle, Kuehne + Nagel, Dassault Procurement Services, and Snecma. Maxime holds a Master's degree in Logistics from KEDGE Business School and has a strong track record in building logistics networks, enhancing operational profitability, and implementing innovative solutions.
