Ashleigh Gray

Ashleigh Gray is currently the Managing Director and Chief of Staff at Octopus Energy Generation and Chief of Staff & MD at Octopus Energy. Ashleigh also serves as a Non-Executive Director at ONE54 HOLDINGS LTD. Prior to these roles, Ashleigh was a Strategy Manager at Checkout.com and completed a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar. Ashleigh has a background in corporate law, specializing in private equity, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and renewable energy. Ashleigh began their career as a Candidate Attorney at Webber Wentzel and later worked as an Associate at both Webber Wentzel and Latham & Watkins. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University.
