Ana Balbastre Palomares has substantial experience in operations and commercial management within the energy and call center sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Octopus Energy in Spain since September 2019, Ana previously held the position of Responsable departamento comercial at Alcanzia Energía from October 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, a long tenure at Marktel spanned from 2006 to September 2017, where Ana progressed from Responsable Call Center to Coordinadora servicio. Early career experience includes roles as a teleoperador at TeleTech. Ana holds a degree in tourism from the University of Valencia and a master's in Human Resources Management and Labor Consulting from INESEM Business School.
