Aoife Taylor

Aoife Taylor currently serves as a Business Energy Helper at Octopus Energy since August 2024. Previously, Aoife held the position of Market Access Analyst at Remap Consulting from June 2023 to August 2024, focusing on pharmaceutical pricing and market access across various therapy areas. In early 2023, Aoife was the Chief Executive Officer of DeakinBio, a startup developing sustainable alternatives to ceramic tiles. Aoife also gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Manchester from September 2018 to April 2023 and as an intern at Eksagon Group Ltd, where work was conducted on graphene in fuel cells. Aoife holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from The University of Manchester, attained between 2018 and 2022, and an MChem in Chemistry from Cardiff University, completed from 2013 to 2017. Additional academic experience includes attendance at the University of Toronto during 2015-2016.
