Keiko Konno has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Keiko currently works as the COO at TG Octopus Energy. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Digital Operations Manager, where they led a large team and was responsible for improving the Alexa shopping experience. Keiko also worked at TDCX as an Operations Director and at Alorica as a Senior Operation Manager, where they managed customer service teams and improved key performance indicators. Keiko also has experience in IT management, having worked at Cargill as a Global Problem Management & Knowledge Management Process Lead and ACCE Networks as an IT Supervisor. Keiko started their career at various organizations, including The British Council, JP Morgan, and Japan Bank for International Corporation, where they held IT engineering and service desk positions. Keiko's skills include project management, process improvement, leadership, and IT support.
Keiko Konno completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Leadership from Bond University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Human Arts and Sciences from the University of Human Arts and Sciences from 2002 to 2006.
In terms of additional certifications, Keiko Konno obtained the ITIL® v4 Managing Professional certification from PeopleCert in September 2023. Keiko also obtained the COPC CX Performance Leader R7.0 certification from COPC Inc. in October 2022. In September 2018, they achieved the ITIL® Expert - Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, in June 2017, Keiko Konno gained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Cargill.
