Cinta Laras Cipta Mahgusti has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with the role of Public Relations at Korps Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UMY. In 2016, they took on the role of Secretary at Cinema Komunikasi UMY, followed by Media Relations Intern at MNC Media in 2017. In 2018, they were a Creative Production at RCTI (Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia). In 2021, they were a Senior Creative Multimedia at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA. In 2022, they were a Social Media Specialist at Octopus Indonesia and a Sr. Digital Strategy Associate, ICE at IDN Media, where they were responsible for developing proposals with strategic campaigns, including media plans and creative direction for clients.

Cinta Laras Cipta Mahgusti's education history includes attending SD Jetisharjo Yogyakarta from 2002 to 2008, SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta from 2008 to 2011, and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta from 2011 to 2014. Cinta Laras Cipta then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2018.
