Alex Kotliarker

Alex Kotliarker is an experienced software architect and team leader with a rich background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as an MC-IOT Software Architect at Motorola Solutions since April 2023, Kotliarker previously held the position of Hands-on Software Architect and R&D Team Leader at OCTOPUS - PSIM, focusing on creating a universal platform for real-time information processing and mentoring software engineers. Prior to that, Kotliarker was a Software Architect and R&D Team Leader at Magal Security Systems, leading a team in the development of large-scale PSIM platforms and robotic device management solutions. Early career experiences include software engineering roles at SAE Afikim, Keshet Orion, and the Research Institute of Automated Systems for Planning and Control in Construction, contributing to various software projects and database engine development. Kotliarker holds an M.Eng in Factory Automation and Electrical Engineering from the University of Civil Engineering.
