Tracy Smith

Tracy brings to Ocular Therapeutix more than 20 years of success delivering people strategy for domestic and international biopharmaceutical operations and designing human capital agendas to transform business cultures. Prior to joining the Company, Tracy was the Global Head of HR for HiFiBiO Therapeutics, a multi-national company leading several change and structural initiatives during their transition to a clinical-stage organization. Prior to HiFi, Tracy was an HR Site Head / Global R&D Business Lead for Bristol Myers Squibb where she directed HR imperatives, policy & culture transformation, operations excellence, and large-scale restructuring. She was also a Senior Global Business Partner at Pfizer, where she led M&A activities, executive talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, streamlining, and leadership development.

Tracy received her MBA with a focus in Ops Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS degree in Psychology and Math from Youngstown State University.
