Jen Watts

Jen Watts has over 15 years of experience in the clinical operations field. Jen is currently the Vice President of Clinical Operations - Early Development at Oculis S.A. Since 2004, they have also worked as a self-employed consultant, specializing in global clinical operations. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Graybug Vision, Inc., Clinical Science Director at Novartis, Global Study Leader at Genentech, Clinical Project Manager at Actelion, and Principal Clinical Research Associate at Gilead Sciences. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and clear communication.

Jen Watts has a diverse education history. In 2000, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2002, they enrolled at UNT Health Science Center and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, General.

In 2021, they briefly attended Harvard Medical School, where they completed the HMX Fundamentals or (HMX Pro) online certificate program in Immunology.

Additionally, Jen Watts has a certification in GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus), which they obtained from the CITI Program in October 2022.
