Rosina S. has an extensive work experience spanning different sectors and roles. Rosina began their career as an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Company, where they worked from 1997 to 2004. After that, they founded and served as President of Capella Advisors, a boutique management consulting firm in the healthcare industry. At Capella Advisors, they led a team of 8 ex-McKinsey consultants and specialized in various areas such as digital strategy, pricing, and market entry.

Rosina then went on to found and serve as the President of Truth On Call, a company that provided fast turnaround quantitative market research and qualitative setup for the healthcare industry. The company was later acquired by Slingshot Insights. Rosina also founded and served as the President of DocNews, a personalized e-journal for physicians that aggregated medical journals and news on the iOS platform. DocNews was acquired by American Medical Communications (AMC) and relaunched as DocWire.

In 2013, Rosina became involved with Oculogica, an innovative medical device company focused on building devices using eye-tracking technology to detect Traumatic Brain Injury. Rosina started as an Advisor, providing counsel on business strategy, clinical trial design, product design, and FDA relations. Eventually, they became the President and CEO of Oculogica. Rosina was also a member of Stanford StartX in 2016.

Rosina has also been actively involved in various organizations and competitions. Rosina served as a Judge for the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition in 2018 and as a Judge for the Healthcare Sector at StartX. Rosina also joined the Advisory Board of Daigle Labs, where they participated in entrepreneurship research and application. Additionally, they became a CEO Circle Mentor at MedtechWomen and a member of the Board of Trustees at Wayland Academy.

Rosina S. has an impressive education history. Rosina began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1989. Rosina continued their studies at MIT and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1992.

Seeking further expertise, Rosina pursued a career in Biomedical Engineering and enrolled at Northwestern University in 1992. After years of diligent work and research, they successfully completed their studies and earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering in 1997.

Before their collegiate years, Rosina attended Wayland Academy from 1981 to 1985 and obtained their High School diploma.

Apart from their formal education, Rosina has also obtained additional certifications. In September 2021, they earned the "Biomedical Investigators and Research Study Team" certification from the CITI Program. Additionally, they achieved the "Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR)" certification from the same institution, also in September 2021.
