Gina Galasso

Gina Galasso has a wealth of experience in human resources and management roles. Gina currently holds the position of EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at ocV!BE. Previously, they served as the CHIEF Member at Chief. Prior to that, they worked at Anaheim Ducks as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President, Human Resources. Gina also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University, Irvine, and as the CEO & Founder of Mirelle Management Resources INC. In addition, Gina has held management positions at SCE, Disneyland Resort, Los Angeles Dodgers, Ernst & Young, LLP, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Gina'sexpertise includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, safety, engagement and recognition, training, employee relations, policy development, and strategic planning.

Gina Galasso has an extensive education history. Gina earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Drucker School of Management in 2005-2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at the University of Southern California (USC) and a BS in Accounting at USC Marshall School of Business in 1991-1993. Gina also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University, where they studied from 1988-1991. Additionally, Gina Galasso has acquired several certifications, including becoming a Certified Connective Leadership Practitioner from the Connective Leadership Institute in 2013, obtaining an inactive status as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy in 1996, and recently becoming a member of the SHRM Executive Network in 2022.
