Dennis Zeleny

Dennis Zeleny is currently the EVP & Chief Administrative Officer at Ocwen Financial. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Administration, and Affairs at Caremark Ltd from 2005-2007. There, they led HR and administration for a $37B pharmaceutical company following a period of rapid M&A, resulting in 40% U.S. market share. Dennis also worked with senior leaders to improve operating capability and led integration and unification of multiple acquisitions toward one organization and culture.

From 2002-2005, Zeleny served as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources and Administration at DuPont. In this role, they were responsible for leading the human resources and administration functions for a global company with over $30 billion in sales.

From 1995-2002, Zeleny was the Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Honeywell. There, they were responsible for leading the human resources function for a $10 billion multinational company with over 100,000 employees in more than 100 countries.

Zeleny began their career in 1978 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. Dennis held this role for 17 years, during which time they oversaw the human resources function for a company with over $5 billion in sales.

Dennis Zeleny has a Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Finance from Columbia Business School.
