Marcia Hogan has a long and varied work history, beginning in 1976 when they worked as a Sales Representative for Dun & Bradstreet. Marcia then moved on to The McGraw Hill Companies in 1979, where they worked as an Account Manager. In 2010, they joined Satmetrix as a Manager of Business Consulting Services in the Premier Group, and then as a Strategic Account Manager. Finally, in 2017, they became a Consultant and Retired Consultant, Customer Experience Insights & Technology for OCX Cognition. Throughout their career, Marcia has focused on providing integrated business solutions, uncovering actionable insights, and driving business improvements to ensure profitable growth.

Marcia Hogan obtained their MBA in Marketing & Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1978 and 1981. Previously, they earned their B.A. magna cum laude in Psychology and Education from Marquette University between 1970 and 1974. Marcia also holds a Net Promoter Certification from Satmetrix, which they obtained in July 2010.
