Carolina Cunha

Carolina Cunha has a robust legal career with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as Diretora Jurídica at Ocyan since October 2017, Carolina has also held significant roles such as Legal Manager at ABESPetro, where responsibilities included leading legal committees until May 2024. Previous experience includes working as Foreign Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and serving as In House Counsel at Odebrecht Óleo e Gás, providing comprehensive legal support in various areas including bid processes and contract reviews. Carolina holds two Master of Laws degrees, one in International Business Law from IE Business School and another in Corporate Law from Ibmec.
