Jon Willemsen

Jon Willemsen is a Firmware Engineering Manager at OCZ Storage Solutions, a Toshiba Group Company, since October 2015. Previously, Jon held positions as a Software Development Engineer at Cisco, leading a platform software team from June 2013 to October 2015, and at Ubiquisys, serving in a similar capacity from November 2011 to May 2013. Early in the career, Jon worked as an R&D Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks and spent over a decade at Motorola Networks as a Principal Staff Engineer. Additional experience includes roles at Lucas Automotive and Lucas Aerospace, both as a Principal Software Engineer, and as a Software Engineer at Thorn EMI. Jon holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer and Communications Systems from Thames Polytechnic, completed between 1984 and 1988.
