Jennifer Ritchie

Jennifer Ritchie is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal at ODAPTIC since October 2023, Jennifer previously volunteered as a leadership coach at Homeward Bound Projects from June 2021 to March 2024, supporting women in STEMM to enhance their leadership capabilities. Jennifer's professional history includes roles as a leadership coach and consultant at Allumer Coaching & Consulting, a business partner for HR strategic projects at Power and Water Corporation, and senior consultant positions at Miles Dolphin Consulting Group and Rio Tinto Energy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland.
