Paola Garavito Ospina

Paola Garavito Ospina has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Paola began their career as a Call Center Agent for Grupo CBC SAS. In 2016, they became a Practivante Univeristaria (Dirección de compras y contratación) for Banco AV Villas. In 2017, they were an Auxiliar de coordinación for FUNDACIÓN IDEAL PARA LA REHABILITACIÓN INTEGRAL “JULIO H. CALONJE”. From 2015-2022, they were Jefe de recursos humanos at Petrolene Ltda, where they created and implemented psychometric tests and job profiles, led and executed SG-SST, implemented and executed electronic billing, and collected overdue accounts. Currently, they are a Human Resources Business Partner at ODATA.

Paola Garavito Ospina has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2016, they studied Administración de Empresas at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia. In 2018 to 2019, they completed an Especialización en Gerencia del Talento Humano at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Diplomado en derecho laboral from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2021, Inteligencia emocional from Amate Group SAS Inc in 2021, Relaciones Sanas conmigo y con el otro en 21 días from Amate Group SAS Inc in 2021, Capacitación virtual SG-SST (50 horas) from Grupo SURA in 2019, Administración de Recursos Humanos from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in 2017, and Uso de Excel y Access para el desarrollo de aplicaciones Administrativas Empresariales from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in 2016.
