Patrick Keller is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across various high-profile establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at The Dinex Group under Chef Daniel Boulud since October 2019, Patrick previously held the position of Floor Manager at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT and spent nearly four years as General Manager for Bouchon Bakery within the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Additional management experience includes leading teams at Crafted Hospitality, Two Boots, and FireKeepers Casino Hotel. Patrick's early career included positions at Inn at Bay Harbor and Odawa Casino Resort. Academic credentials include an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from North Central Michigan College.
