Robert Samples

Robert Samples is an experienced program manager with a focus on health information technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Oddball since June 2021, Robert also holds the position of Senior Program Manager at ESAC Inc., where responsibilities include leading FHIR strategy and implementation guide development for government clients. Additionally, Robert is the President of Health IT Consulting, a firm that specializes in clinical quality data submission, custom software, and project management services, a role held since November 2013. Previous experience includes managing the Health Information Technology (HITECH) Act Electronic Health Record Incentive program at General Dynamics Information Technology and serving as an agent and owner/president in the insurance sector. Robert holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
