Chelsea Nguyen

Chelsea Nguyen started their work experience in 2011 as a Learning & Organization Development Associate at AkzoNobel, where they worked until 2013. Chelsea then worked as an Account Manager at Hay Group from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they began working as a Recruitment Consultant at HRnet One for a few months before joining Oddle. At Oddle, they first worked as an HR Associate from December 2015 to October 2016. Chelsea was then promoted to Assistant HR Manager from October 2016 to April 2018. Currently, they hold the position of HR Manager & Special Projects at Oddle, which they have been in since May 2018.

Chelsea Nguyen obtained a Bachelor (Honours) degree in International Business Management from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower in June 2015.
