Kenneth Reeves, Sr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and leadership positions. Kenneth has served as Vice President Human Resources at Performance Food Group in 2022 and also held the same role at the same company from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief People Officer at International Nutrition & Wellness Manufacturing in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Freese and Nichols, including Vice President (CHRO) and Chief Human Resources & Learning and Development Officer. In 2014, they joined Texas Christian University as a member of the Neeley Board of Advisors and the Neeley School of Business International Board of Visitors. Kenneth also served on the Chancellor's Advisory Council at the university. Kenneth has a strong involvement in healthcare, having served on the Board of Trustees and Audit and Compliance Committee at Texas Health Resources from 2010 to the present. Kenneth held leadership positions within the board, including Chairman and Immediate Past Chairman. Kenneth also has experience in the education sector, having served as President of the Board of Directors for the Texas A&M Lettermens Association at Texas A&M University. Kenneth has also served on the Civil Service Commission (Ex-Officio) for the City of North Richland Hills since 2018. Most recently, Kenneth has taken on the role of Managing Director, Human Resources at UTIMCO, managing the largest public endowment fund in the nation.
Kenneth Reeves, Sr has completed a Ph.D in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University. Kenneth also holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Distributions with a focus on the College of Engineering from Texas A&M University. Kenneth Reeves, Sr has also earned a certification in Executive Leadership from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
