Gaurav Kumar is an experienced Spa Manager with a proven track record in the wellness industry, currently managing operations at O2 Spa since January 2019, after previously serving in the same capacity at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and O2 Spa from June 2016 to December 2018. Gaurav has effectively led teams, focused on guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, and profit maximization while coordinating cross-departmental relations to enhance spa revenue. Prior experience includes managerial roles in sales at Vodafone and business development at Birla Kerala Vaidyashala Pvt. Ltd.
