Figen Bilir

Figen Bilir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management, holding certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS CCP). Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Odessa since November 2021, Figen previously held roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior Account Manager at eScholar from October 2010 to November 2021, where significant projects included leading multi-agency initiatives for data warehouse implementation in New Mexico and Texas. Early career experience includes technical and systems engineering roles at Sprint Nextel, Unisys, Powertel, and Alcatel Telecom, showcasing a solid foundation in technical support and systems integration.
