Harshit Pandey

Harshit Pandey is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in business analysis and software testing. Currently employed at Odessa since March 2022, Harshit has effectively acted as the point of contact for major Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) in India and China, focusing on requirement gathering, functional solution design, and application workflow configuration using SQL. Prior to Odessa, Harshit worked at Sopra Banking Software, where responsibilities included client demonstrations, solution assessments, and team knowledge transfer, in addition to roles as Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Harshit's career began at Cognizant, where skills were developed in test analysis, automation script development, and mentored junior teammates. Harshit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from UIT RGPV, Bhopal, completed in 2014.
