Shilpa Jadhav

Shilpa Jadhav is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as VP of People Success and Head HRBP at Odessa since December 2019, Shilpa has previously held multiple senior HR roles at Target from October 2008 to December 2019, including Sr Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes an HR Executive position at CMC Limited and a Consultant role at Spectrum Consultants, where Shilpa specialized in high-volume recruitment and account management for non-IT clients. Shilpa holds an MBA in Human Resources from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
