Carrie Versey's work experience begins in 2011 at Global Maritime, where they worked as a Receptionist and later as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and an EMEA Regional Marketing Coordinator until 2015. In 2016, they joined Odey Asset Management as Front of House, and later held roles as an EA to the CEO & Office & Events Manager. As of July 2020, they work as the Head of Human Resources at Odey Asset Management.

Carrie Versey obtained a Diploma of Education in HR Management from Avado in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Marketing from Brunel University London in 2009.
