Carina Toft

Carina Toft is currently the VP Business Improvement GBS at Odfjell Technology since April 2022. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Odfjell Drilling, including VP Business Improvement GBS, Head of Projects GBS, and Global HR Manager - Processes & Systems. Carina also has an extensive background in management consulting, having worked at EY from August 2007 to March 2018 in roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. She holds a Master's degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has also studied at Grenoble Ecole de Management and BI Norwegian Business School.
