Andrew Refausse

Andrew Refausse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and executive search sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the CFO & Board Practice at Odgers Berndtson since November 2015, Andrew previously held the roles of Principal and Consultant within the same practice. Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Andrew was the Director and Global Head of Finance & Treasury at Pure - Search & Selection, where the Global Finance and Treasury Search Practice was established in 2006, collaborating with notable organizations such as GE Capital, AIG, HSBC, and Visa. Andrew's career began as Lead Consultant in Financial Services at PSD Group from September 2001 to September 2006. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management Studies from the University of Leeds, completed between 1996 and 1999.
