Anna Ponton is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in coaching and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of the Coaching Practice at Odgers Berndtson since 2002, Anna provides expert advice to senior professionals navigating key career transitions, leveraging extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Previously, Anna held the position of Head of the UK Legal and Professional Services practice at KPMG Consulting and served as a principal at KPMG from 1989 to 1995. Educationally, Anna earned an LLB in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
