Caroline Sands

Caroline Sands is a seasoned professional in executive search, currently serving as Partner and Head of the CIO & Technology Officers Practice at Odgers Berndtson since November 2015. With a focus on strategic IT leadership and innovation across various markets, Caroline has held multiple roles within the firm, including Partner and Principal in the CIO & IT Transformation Group. Prior to this, from April 2005 to May 2015, Caroline worked as Principal within the Technology, Entertainment and Communications Practice, specializing in senior strategic IT management and Board-level appointments. Earlier experience includes roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, concentrating on recruiting executives in the Financial Services sector, and a boutique Technology Search firm, focusing on pan-European appointments in the Application Software industry. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
