Clare Glackin

Clare Glackin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Industrial for both EMEA and the UK at Odgers Berndtson since March 2012, Clare also holds the position of Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Love Rowing, focusing on enhancing participation in rowing to positively impact lives. Prior to these roles, Clare worked as an Operational Manager at the Ministry of Defence and served as a Diplomat at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Clare's engineering background includes positions as a Civil Engineer at GIBB Ltd and Geotechnical Consulting Group. Clare obtained a Master of Science degree from Imperial College London and a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Cambridge.
