Eduardo Carriquiry

Eduardo Carriquiry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, consulting, and board governance. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Consultant at Odgers Berndtson since January 2023, Eduardo also provides advisory services to Senior Management at Superalimentos del Peru and holds independent board member positions at Lari Contratistas, Laboratorios Lansier, and previously for Orginor Natural SA and Reyemsa. As a member of the REF community, Eduardo engages with business leaders aiming for continuous improvement. Additional experience includes advisory roles and senior consulting at Stanton Chase. Eduardo earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
