Kim Stangeby

Kim Stangeby serves as a Partner and Head of the Board and CEO Effectiveness Practice at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, since October 2021. Stangeby has contributed to various boards, including Creative Energy, PRT Growing Services Ltd., and LS Networks, while also acting as a Strategy Advisor for Kingston Road. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Greater Toronto Airports Authority, where responsibilities encompassed long-range planning and organizational restructuring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stangeby's experience also includes roles at the Royal Canadian Mint, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Bank of Montreal, focusing on strategic implementation and organizational competitiveness. Stangeby holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and attended Stanford University in 2013.
