Patrik Kvikant

Patrik Kvikant is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in executive search and leadership advisory, currently serving as a Partner in the Board & CEO Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson since June 2009. Kvikant has also held the position of Chairman of the Board at Nor-Maali since January 2016 and has been involved with several initiatives as an advisor, co-founder, and partner across multiple organizations, including Pointer Potential, Pointer Search Finland, and Nordic Interim Finland. With a strong academic background from Hanken School of Economics and Stanford University, Kvikant earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization & Management and has played key roles in various firms including Heidrick & Struggles and Amrop.
