Ross Woledge

Ross Woledge is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in financial leadership appointments. Since February 2014, Ross has served as Partner and Head of the CFO Practice at Odgers Berndtson, specializing in CFO and Financial Officer appointments across Canada. Prior to this role, Ross was the Principal and National Practice Leader for CFO, Financial Officer, and Audit Chair searches. Ross's career at Odgers Berndtson began as an Engagement Manager, contributing to a globally recognized executive search firm. Earlier experience includes a role at the Association of Executive Search Consultants, focusing on professional standards in executive search, and a training position at Nova Corporation in Tokyo. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in International Business from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) from The University of St. Mark and St. John.
