Sarah Shaikh

Sarah Shaikh is an accomplished Engagement Manager at Odgers Berndtson, a prominent global executive search and leadership advisory firm, since March 2021. Previously, Sarah held the position of Senior Consultant at Four Corners Group, Inc. from December 2017 to February 2021, and served as an Associate at Zedd Customer Solutions LP Inc. from November 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, Sarah began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Intern at McMaster University between October 2013 and October 2015. During the undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Sarah contributed as a Research Assistant in the Visual Development Lab, focusing on visuotactile integration. Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University.
